Barnegat Online is a vast web directory for the Township of Barnegat, NJ.  You can find pretty much anything at all here relating to Barnegat Township.  From local news and events, to emergency township alerts, local business locations and professional services.  Soon to come will also be sections on Barnegat’s vast history dating back to when the very first home was built here in 1720.  My wife and myself are residents of Barnegat Township and manage every aspect of this website ourselves.  So rest assured, Barnegat Online is 100% locally owned and operated.  Barnegat Online will always be a constant work in progress for us as we develop new ideas and as technology advances. I thank you for visiting this website and I truly hope the information found here comes to be of great use to you!

We have been planning the development of this site for years now, constantly thinking about all the things that Barnegat could benefit from by having its very own online portal to the Internet, including a directory of everything we use ourselves on a day-to-day basis. It has only been recently, during 2010, that we have started to develop small sections of this website.

RJ has been a certified professional in the Information Technology field since 1998. Some of his experience includes 8 years of military service in the New Jersey ARMY National Guard with a security clearance level of “secret” and several military certifications focused on technology and communications. RJ was awarded two ARMY Commendation Medals while providing high level communications under the Commanding General of northern Iraq during 2004 and 2005.  RJ has also spent 10+ years supporting local businesses with technology related services in the Ocean County area. RJ’s technology experience is very extensive, including both hardware and software.

Heather Ponzio
Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

Heather has been in the graphics field since 1996 including experience with audio/video editing, HTML coding, website design, photography and computer aided graphics design.  Heather graduated from Full Sail University in 1997 with a AS in Digital Media.
